A Video and Image is spectacular! Great service and great efforts by all of their
employees! It is a great family owned business that can help you get all of those old
videos on to DVD!!

I have recently discovered A Video and Imagine, and I cannot help but want to tell
everyone about the service quality! I walked in off of the street, if you can believe it. I
have been driving past the location for years now and I always said I would go in there.
A month ago, I had to go in for an emergency. I needed to have a video remade, and I
had them do a video montage for Christmas. I had major help with going over all of my
options. They walked me through what I needed to have done. I got it back in couple
days! It looked amazing in terms of quality...
I had tried to call another video place in Crystal Lake and the person who answered the
phone was not very pleasant. So, being treated so well at A Video and Imagine in such
a way really took me by surprise. I am going to go back, and I hope anyone reading this
does the same!

I have recently discovered A Video and Imagine, and I cannot help but want to tell
